Returns & Exchanges
We strive to make your shopping experience with Southern Sensation Boutique the absolute best; therefore, we are here to ensure your return process is simple and smooth. If you have any questions email us at email@example.com
- We accept returns for refund postmarked within 15 days from the date your order was placed.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or it can not be returned.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment; Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition with the original tags attached. Any returns received with make up stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, or smoke will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a $10 shipping charge.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. If there is any damage to the shoe box it will be returned to you and is subject to a $10 shipping charge.
- PLEASE NOTE: Returns cannot be processed or exchanged in the boutique.
- Please refer to the return policy to ensure your return meets all criteria prior to returning. Returns that do not meet all criteria will not be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
- Complete the return form that is included in your order and include it in your package along with the item(s) you are returning.
- Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice to the address below. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
- Once we receive your return please allow up to 5 business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
- If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of shipping to you.
- Undeliverable packages due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.
- If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
